This product is a frame type with built-in over-temperature protection device. If the heating temperature is high and >120℃, a heat-insulating area or a heat-dissipating area must be set between the junction box and the heater, and a finned heat dissipation structure must be set on the surface of the electric heater element. Low and medium temperature electric heaters do not need to be equipped with heat insulation or heat dissipation areas and the surface of the electric heating element naturally dissipates heat. The electric control is interlocked with the fan. The fan is started first and then the electric heater. The heater is turned off first and then the fan is turned off. The time difference must be greater than 2min.
In terms of control, a linkage device is set between the fan and the heater to protect the heater. The heater can be turned on after starting the fan. After the heater stops working, the fan must be turned off after a delay of more than 3 minutes to prevent the heater from overheating and damage. The current of each circuit should not exceed 48A, and the pressure of the gas heated by the electric heater should generally not exceed 0.3kg/cm. If it exceeds the above pressure specifications, please use a fluid circulation heater.
Product features: Mainly used for gas heating in the air duct. The specifications are divided into low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature according to the working temperature of the air duct; according to the wind speed in the air duct, it is divided into low wind speed, medium wind speed and high wind speed. The common point in the structure is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tube to reduce the vibration of the electric heating tube, and the junction box is equipped with an over-temperature control device. In addition to the over-temperature protection in terms of control, an intermodal device is also installed between the fan and the heater to ensure that the electric heater must be started after the fan is started, and a differential pressure device must be added before and after the heater to prevent the fan Failure, the gas pressure heated by the channel heater should generally not exceed 0.3Kg/cm2.
